What if managing money… just made sense?
A little here.
A little there.
And somehow…the month is over.
One day, I asked myself…
What if there was a smarter way to manage money?

Paisa.
Your money. Your clarity.

An idea became a product.
An expense tracker designed to make everyday finances easier to understand.
Every rupee has a story.
Paisa brings your income, expenses and available balance into one clear picture.

Available balance

What if tracking your spending required less effort?
Paisa explores smarter ways to capture supported UPI transactions, helping reduce manual entry and duplicate records.
Works with supported apps using optional Accessibility and notification access. Not every payment is detected, and Paisa does not connect to your bank.
Tracking is only the beginning.
Understanding your habits is where things get interesting.

You spent ₹4,210 less than September. Dining rose 22% and now makes up about a third of spending.
A weekly dining limit near ₹3,000 would keep you inside this month’s budget.
Written from statistics Paisa calculates. Suggestions, not financial advice.
Make room for what matters.
Set goals. Understand your spending. Make more intentional decisions.

I didn’t set out to build an app. I set out to understand my money.
Paisa started with a simple problem: I couldn’t tell where my money went each month. Tracking expenses manually felt tedious, and I wanted a clearer picture of my spending without having to log every transaction myself.
From there, I designed the interface, built the backend, and experimented with AI-powered spending insights and Android-based UPI detection.
The hardest part was making automatic transaction tracking reliable while avoiding duplicate entries and keeping user data private. Paisa became a way for me to explore how thoughtful design, automation, and AI could make managing money simpler.
